Raids will extend for a period of 2.5 hours with an optional 30 minutes at the end, a vote will be taken to determine if time gets extended. Starting the raid week of we will be raiding Wednesday and Thursday nights.

The guild rules say that anything the bank has to sell is at half the market value. Because the conversion will almost certainly cost money or additional time (for whoever is doing the resource combine) we will keep salable items on the 4th tab available by request and for a fee. Any rare gems deposited will eventually get burned up with my own epic transmute on Nil with titanium bars being converted to titansteel. I see the bank as a place to store things where everyone can find them useful and for us that should mostly be raid-related items. That also means that if for some reason you need a stack of 20 blue uncut rare gems and we have them, just ask (look in the 4th tab).

Hopefully a crafter could walk in and just pull full stacks of exactly what they need to do a daily combine, leaving the slot empty and prompting the bank officer to move things forward from storage. I'm not intimately familiar with the details of all the tradeskills so don't know if it's logical to have a stack of 5, 1, 2, whatever for a given item. Lots of what was in there until late tonight was my own stuff and I'd really hate to have a stack of 10 epic gems disappear on me! ^)- Please, let me know if you think any of the restrictions are holding you back. Unfortunately we will have to do some open recruiting in the next week and to protect the guild bank and ourselves it'll be necessary to have tight controls on the items there. My hope is that we can use this tab to do our once daily and common tasks with no one feeling restricted by only have a few withdraws. You will quickly run into your stack limit withdrawing from the tradeskill materials tab. I've purchased a 4th tab which will be used for storage, I then took and split out large stacks into smaller ones and moved excess items into the 4th tab. Heh, not really! ^_^ Unless you want it to be guild property, never deposit anything into tab 2 or above. We're here to server all your banking needs. If you're on after the restart/updates then you'll be on my roller coaster of rank adjustments! For now if you logged out a raider you'll log in a member, friends are still friends, and alts are alts. I had hoped to use the morning hours to even out the differences but totally forgot it was Tuesday. Primarily it comes down to how terribly obtuse the guild control system is and my own laziness. As it stands no one will lose or gain in this adjustments it's just to smooth invites and promotions out.Ĭurrently I have Officer Alts below Alt and right above Plebe, meaning anyone with invite powers can invite someone and then give them officer powers with a single promotion, but promoting them twice results in less power. Still being very new to this whole role of owning a guild I think there are some adjustments I need to make in the ranking we currently have for practical reasons.
